২। টিভি, রেফ্রিজারেটর, এসি, ওভেন, ওয়াশিং মেশিন সহ যে কোন কনজিউমার ইলেক্ট্রনিক্সের ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা যদি ঢাকা মেট্র হয় তবে সেটি উক্ত ঠিকানায়/বাসা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে। ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা যদি ঢাকার বাইরে হয়, তাহলে পণ্যটি উক্ত ঠিকানার জেলা শহর বা কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে; উক্ত ঠিকানার জেলা শহর/কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট ক্রেতা কে নিজ দায়িত্বে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে নিতে হবে।
৩। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার পর রিফান্ড হলে রিফান্ডের টাকা ফেরতের জন্য আপনার দেয়া বিকাশ নম্বরের ক্ষেত্রে ৩০ কার্যদিবস ও রকেট নম্বরের ক্ষেত্রে ৩০ কার্যদিবসের থেকে বেশি সময়ের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে।। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার পর রিফান্ড হলে রিফান্ডের টাকা ফেরতের জন্য আপনার দেয়া বিকাশ নম্বরের ক্ষেত্রে ৩০ কার্যদিবস ও রকেট নম্বরের ক্ষেত্রে ৩০ কার্যদিবসের থেকে বেশি সময়ের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে।
৪। অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পরেও অনিবার্য কারনবশত যেকোনো সময়ে FDL|eStore আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। এক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম মুল্য প্রদান করা হলে রিফান্ডের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য (বিকাশ নং/রকেট নং/কার্ড নং ও অন্যান্য) এবং প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির জন্য কুরিয়ার দেয়ার পর আপনি গ্রহণ না করলে উক্ত কুরিয়ার থেকে প্রোডাক্টটি FDL|eStore ফেরত আসার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দেয়া হবে।
